• Comfortable and luxury apartment situated on the 1st floor of gotic-reneisance Petrizio palace which is Cultural Heritage under the protection of Ministry of Culture. It is completely renovated in 2015. During adaptation we used only traditional materials according to conservation demands

• Quiet residential neighborhood in the real heart of Zadar
• The kitchen includes a stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, dish washer, electric kettle, cofee machine(free coffe nad tea) and complete dinner set
• The bathroom is fully equipped with washing maschine and towels, and linen is provided for beds.
• Other facilities include free wifi, AC, flat screen TV with SAT, floor heating.
• Double bed and a sofa bed can accommodate up to 3 persons, so the apartment ‘Petrizio’ is your perfect mediterranean haven!
• Petrizio and Petrizio 2 can be rented as one large (80 m2) and comfortable two room apartment with capacity up to 7 people.
